Four dental implants are placed in an area with the highest bone volume and then new or existing dentures are used to create a framework for a temporary set of teeth that will be attached later that same day. Once the bone has fully integrated with the implant in about three to six months, the temporary teeth can be removed and a new set of teeth are made and anchored in place permanently.
